Digital Service Policy

School MX ERP is a cloud-based software service. Once a subscription plan is activated and access is provided, the service is considered delivered.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error.
• Payment successfully deducted but subscription not activated.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Subscription already activated and in use.
• Partial use of subscription period.
• Change of mind after successful activation.
• Failure to use the service after activation.
